The video recording of the Sun 6th September service at Croydon Uniting Church has just been posted on our YouTube channel.
The service was led by Rev Stephen Kim.

Stephen's message drew on the readings from Ezekiel and John's Gospel. He entitled it "The Source of Living Water". He drew a comparison between Ezekiel's vision from exile in Babylonia of the restoration of the temple and Jesus' statement in the temple centuries later about the living water flowing from the believer's heart.

Today is Frontier Services Sunday. Our service this morning highlighted the needs of remote rural people, and the way that Frontier Services meets those needs.
It was led by Rev Sue Stott-Floyd.

It was led by Ian Smith.
The theme of the service was the Missionary Aviation Fellowship, the vital work they do, and their Fuel for Father's Day campaign.

Lay preacher Mr Bruce Hill led the service. The Gospel reading was from Matthew 12. It was the account of when Jesus walked on the water, and Peter impulsively followed, only to eventually flounder.
Bruce's message was entitled "Stay In or Get Out of the Boat?"

Today we celebrate Intercultural Neighbouring Sunday (INS), an opportunity for congregations to celebrate the cultural diversity at the heart of the Uniting Church. This year's theme 'Belonging: One Body, Many Members', invites us to reflect on what it means to ensure everyone can truly belong.

It also encourages us to make room for one another in our worship, leadership, decision-making, and shared life together.
