299 Shoeboxes Packed for Operation Christmas Child!

On Thursday, our church family and community members came together to pack 299 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child — a project that sends gift‑filled boxes to children in need around the world, sharing God’s love in a tangible way.

Imagine the joy on each child’s face as they open a box packed with goodies, care, and love — treasures chosen just for them.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed — our knitters, sewers, crocheters, shoppers, and all who donated items. It was especially heart‑warming to see older children helping to pack the boxes — what a privilege to watch them serve with such joy. We pray they carry that spirit of giving throughout their lives.

In Loving Memory – Finding Comfort in God’s Creation

As we grieve the passing of Charlie Kirk, we hold fast to the truth that “This is my Father’s world, O let me ne’er forget, that though the wrong seems oft so strong, God is the Ruler yet.”

In life and in death, we belong to the Lord. Even in our sorrow, creation itself reminds us of His sovereignty and care. The skies, the birds, the gentle wind through the trees — all whisper that He is still in control, and that His promise of eternal life stands unshaken.

May we find peace knowing Charlie is now in the presence of the One who made and redeemed him, and may our hearts rest in the assurance that “the battle is not done, Jesus who died shall be satisfied, and earth and heaven be one.”
