Last Sunday we celebrated Pentecost. Robyn Tomkins led worship and created a wonderful space for our service. As we entered the church we were given a 'flame' and encouraged to write something we are grateful for on it. Our flames were then pinned to the ribbons hanging from the rafters.

On Sunday Rev Robert Elkhuizen led worship at Cranbourne and during the service he paid tribute to mums by first giving the history of Mother's Day, which started in America during the Civil War, then lighting a candle and leading us in a prayer ' May they know they are close to your heart O God, and enfolded in your mothering arms. AMEN'

Folk Uniting Night is held on the third Saturday night of each month. Our featured performer for May is Little Miss Country (Jan Dandridge).
All welcome with proceeds to the Cranbourne Food Truck. $7 entry includes supper!

Very exciting day in the mission of the Food Truck!
We have purchased a mini bus. This will allow us to shuttle clients from Lyall St as well as making it easier for collecting some of the groceries such as the bread run on a Thursday.
We took time to find the right vehicle and still in good condition.
From this coming Wednesday the 20th, all Food Truck sessions and Drop In will be at the Uniting Church in Lesdon Ave.
Our numbers continue to grow so the bus will be of great service!
