Nothing beats fresh air, great company, and a day out in nature! 🎣🌲

Our residents at Transformations had an awesome time exploring the local bushland and spending the day fishing at Wyangala Dam. Great views, unfortunately no catches but an awesome BBQ lunch, and even better memories!

Meet Gordy!

Gordy completed the program in 2023, showing resilience and proving that no matter how far gone you think you are, with real commitment (the “give it all you’ve got” kind of commitment), you can live a better life!

When Gordy first came into the program, he was lost and broken. Trust didn’t come easy after a lifetime of broken promises and hurt. But Gordy knew his wounds wouldn’t heal without faith — so he placed his trust in God.

After completing the program, he stayed on as Resident Leader, mentoring and guiding other men on their own journeys. From there, he stepped up again, becoming Program Coordinator while earning his Certificate IV in Community Services.

These days, Gordy is studying his Diploma of Community Services and is about to step into the role of Program Director for our brand-new Orange NSW campus. 🙌

With this full transformation, Gordy is almost unrecognisable to anyone who knew him before recovery.
With the message of…
-“If you put in as much effort into your recovery as you did running around trying to feed your addiction, you’ll get the results you want!

We’re so proud of you, Gordy. Thank you for everything you’ve poured into this community. We love you and we love all that you do! ❤️
