DREAM OF DESTINY
Soon after Daniel and his companions entered the service of the king of Babylon, events occurred that revealed to an idolatrous nation the power and faithfulness of the God of Israel. Nebuchadnezzar had a remarkable dream, by which “his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him.” But although the king's mind was deeply impressed, he found it impossible, when he awoke, to recall the particulars.

MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN. This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting. PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians." Dan. 5: 7-28.
The undefended gateways were seized; a war-shout was raised; the alarm was spread, and with swift runners started off to 'show the king of Babylon that his city was taken at one end.' In the darkness and confusion of the night, a terrible massacre ensued. The drunken revelers could make no resistance.
"Thus saith the Lord of Hosts: The broad walls of Babylon shall be utterly broken, and her high gates shall be burned with fire; and the people shall labor in vain, and the folk in the fire, and they shall be weary." [Jer. 50: 35-37; 51:58.]
When the morning came, Cyrus found himself undisputed master of the city of Babylon.

"The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings..." [Daniel 7:4]
Not only was Nebuchadnezzar a renowned military lead, but he built what was to be one of the wonders of the ancient world, “the city of gold.”
There was a great temple adjoining the Tower of Babylon and fifty-five smaller altars to Marduk. The temple to Marduk was 500 metres square. The golden image of Bel and a golden table stood in the temple, weighing at least 22,000 kg. At the top were golden images of Bel and Ishtar, two golden lions, a golden table ten metres long and five metres wide and a human figure of solid gold six metres high. Babylon was truly a "City of gold". Therefore it is fitting that the kingdom of Babylon would be symbolized by the Golden Head in Daniel 2 and the lion with Eagles wings in Daniel 7.

"The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun." Ecclesiastes 1:9

The issue of mandated vaccines is not a new one. It was an issue back in the 20th Century and Christians understood it to be a violation of the liberty of conscience. They likened the principles of such actions to the Spanish Inquisition.

"The Church Times, commenting on the failure of the proposal in Parliament to make vaccination universally compulsory says: "If there is anything in vaccination statistics, or if it is believed to be a safeguard against the disease of small-pox, it is absurd to allow the conscientious objector to roam at large. He is as great a danger to the community as a mad dog." Without expressing any opinion as to the value of vaccination, it seems evident that such language as this breathes the very spirit of the Roman Catholic Inquisition. If it is considered absurd to allow the conscientious objector to the opinions of the majority on this subject to roam at large, the next step would be to cage the conscientious dissenter from the Established Church. And a question arises here: If vaccination be indeed a safeguard against small-pox, how can a conscientious objector be as dangerous as a mad dog? What harm could he do in a community of vaccinated persons? {March 6, 1902 EJW, PTUK 157.15} "

Throughout the scriptures the penalty for sin is death. This is true for both the OT and NT. In the final scene of the battle between Christ and Satan, fire comes down from heaven to destroy the wicked including Satan who began the rebellion against God's government and His law in heaven.
This eternal fire completely consumes the wicked leaving no trace of their existence in the universe. God creation is finally purified from all evidence of sin and wickedness. The universe is completely cleansed of the rebellion that began so long ago. There is finally peace and harmony throughout the ceaseless ages of eternity.
