THE MAN OF THE SHROUD EXHIBITION – CONDOBOLIN

Something extraordinary is coming to Condobolin!

From 15–19 October, the Condobolin SRA Pavilion will host The Man of the Shroud Exhibition, exploring the mystery of the Shroud of Turin through faith, history, art and science.

The Shroud has fascinated the world for centuries. Its mysterious image, apparent wounds corresponding to crucifixion, blood marks and unusual photographic characteristics have attracted scientists, historians, artists and researchers from around the world.

The exhibition offers a fascinating opportunity to discover the history of the Shroud, examine the evidence and consider the questions that still surround this extraordinary cloth.

Whether you are Catholic or simply curious, everyone is welcome!

Today, St. Michael’s Parish, Trundle, rejoices with the students of St. Patrick’s School who received the Sacrament of Confirmation from Bishop Columba Macbeth-Green.

We give thanks to God for the gift of the Holy Spirit and pray that these young people may always remain strong in faith and courageous witnesses of Christ.
