IF YOU'RE NOT IN TO FOOTY, and you are looking for a fun, friendly and FREE way to spend Grand Final Saturday??

Join us for Board and Brains Games afternoon, held on the fourth Saturday of the month from 2 - 4pm. Everyone is welcome.

Come along for a relaxed afternoon of fun, laughter, community and perhaps some strategy. You don't need to be a big gamer to attend, we learn and teach as we go. New and different games on offer each month.

Come solo or bring your friends and family. If you have a game you enjoy, you're welcome to bring that too.

We would love to see you there.

Messy Church at Colac UCA got very messy yesterday- lots of paper confetti stuff, glue and bits everywhere as we constructed Mobiles of Loaves and Fishes. (or one child made mini fish in a “fish bowl” instead) !
The theme was about feeding the 5000 with a boy’s lunch. Also about sharing and giving thanks for food - just as Jesus did.
We checked out how many corners that can we make from tearing off corners from a piece of paper, but the adults really shone when it came to see who could get the longest strip of paper from their A4 paper. Sandra’s was exceptionally long!
Snacks included fruit , scones and jam and small bread rolls with cheese slices cut into fish shapes ! Yum!
Thanks to everyone who helped our Messy Church achieve an awful lot during the craft time, story time, praying grace, snacks and other activities.
We Hope to see our team and participants and any new folk back for the Next Messy Church on Saturday Oct 3rd. 2-4 pm 25 Hesse St Colac

Colac Uniting Church Service for Sunday 13 September is at 3pm

It will be a special service as we induct Rev. Heather Hon as our new full time minister in placement.

All are welcome!

There will also be a short dedication service in the church hall after the induction service - do dedicate the refurbished Welcome Centre Hall for future ministry, mission and community connections.

Colac Uniting Church warmly invites Colac and district people to attend the induction service for Rev. Heather Hon who will become the full time placement minister for Uniting Churches in the Colac district ( mincludes Beeac, Cressy, Colac and potentially Apollo Bay).
Please help us to welcome Heather and her family to Colac

This 3pm service on Sunday September 13th 2026 will also be live streamed via our YouTube account
There will be light refreshments in the Welcome Centre Hall after the service

NOTE: There is no 10am Sunday worship service at Colac on this day

Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child fundraising lunch and packing Christmas boxes!
Thanks to all who helped cater, supply and pack boxes.

During the church service - before lunch- We had an informative and motivational interview with representatives from Operation Christmas Child
It’s not too late to pack boxes or help to pay for them to be sent overseas.

Colac Uniting Church is packing 72 boxes this year and is a collection point for anyone else’s who wants to pack their own box

Messy Church is for people of any age.
