Every week, youth leaders across NSW show up. They pray, mentor, encourage, carry burdens, celebrate victories, and faithfully point young people to Jesus.

EQUIP exists for them.

This tour is creating space for youth pastors and leaders to pause, be refreshed, build genuine connection with others on the journey, and walk away with practical tools to build healthy, thriving youth ministries.

Whether you’ve been leading for years or you’re stepping into leadership for the first time, we’d love to have you with us.

PORT MACQUARIE // Throwback to our Port Mac RR!!

One of the greatest joys of Regional Rallies is seeing young people realise they’re part of something bigger than their own youth ministry. Different churches, different stories and different backgrounds, all gathering to lift high the name of Jesus.

These are the moments that strengthen faith, build community and remind us that God is moving across our state.

Behind every number is a name.
Behind every name is a story.
Behind every story is a God who still changes lives.

Across NSW, we watched young people respond to the Gospel with courage, churches stand together in unity, and leaders faithfully make room for the Holy Spirit to move.

We’re celebrating the number, but we’re even more grateful for the lives it represents.

CENTRAL COAST NORTH // What a powerful night 🔥

There is something deeply encouraging about watching young people from different churches gather in one room, laying aside what makes them different to focus on the One who unites them. Throughout the night we saw worship, genuine connection and a hunger for more of God.

We’re believing the impact of this night will continue long after the lights came down.

CENTRAL SYDNEY // WOW, oh wow 🔥🔥🔥

Young people from different churches, backgrounds and communities gathering together with one purpose; to lift high the name of Jesus. The unity in the room was powerful, and the sense of expectation was undeniable.

These nights remind us that we’re better together.

SOUTH EAST SYDNEY // South East Sydney, what a night 🔥❤️

There’s nothing quite like seeing a room full of young people passionately pursuing Jesus together. From the front row to the back of the room, there was faith, hunger and a genuine sense of community.

We loved seeing young people lean in, encourage one another and make space for God to move. These are the moments that remind us why we do what we do.
