MORNING SERVICE - Matthew 9:9–38
A kingdom of healing, joy, life & light ✨
What is the Kingdom of Jesus like?

In Matthew 9 we see Jesus welcome the outcast, heal the broken, bring life where there was death and light where there was darkness. And through it all, we see His incredible compassion for people.

This Sunday morning, come and discover more about the heart of Jesus and the Kingdom He came to bring.

Morning Service this week ☀️
Matthew 8:23-9:8
Who Actually Is Jesus?

Is Jesus actually Divine? He claimed to be. But could He prove it? And if He was, what does that have to do with us?

This week we look through Matthew's eyes as Jesus demonstrates His mastery over nature, His authority over the spiritual world, and His power to forgive sins. He's God...in human flesh!

See you Sunday!

THERE’S A PLACE FOR YOU. 🤍
Matthew 8 gives us such a beautiful picture of the heart of Jesus.

The outcast.
The unclean.
The outsider.
The person others might have overlooked.

Jesus welcomed them.

His Kingdom isn’t reserved for those who have everything together. We don’t have to clean ourselves up first or somehow make ourselves worthy.

We simply come to Him in faith.

And perhaps one of the most beautiful words in this chapter comes when the l***r asks Jesus if He is willing to make him clean.

“I am willing.” Matthew 8:3

There is a place for you and me in His Kingdom.

Come to Him.

EVENING SERVICE! 1 Peter 4:7–11

LOVE WITHIN THE CHURCH…

What should life together as God’s people look like?

This Sunday evening we continue through 1 Peter, looking at Peter’s call for believers to love one another deeply, show hospitality, pray, and faithfully use the gifts God has given us to serve one another.

Church is more than simply gathering on a Sunday. We are called to love, serve and build one another up, all for the glory of God.

Morning Service! Matthew 8:23–9:8

This Sunday morning we have a look through Matthew’s Gospel.

In Matthew 8:23–9:8, we see Jesus demonstrate His authority over the storm, the spiritual world, sickness and sin.

Matthew is showing us that Jesus is far more than a good teacher. Come along as we open God’s Word and discover who Jesus truly is, and what that means for us.

There are so many things that can steal our peace; uncertainty about the future, circumstances we can’t control, worries we carry and answers we’re still waiting for. BUT Isaiah reminds us that true peace isn’t found when everything around us finally settles down.

It’s found in trusting God. When our minds are fixed on Him, we remember who is actually in control. We remember His faithfulness. We remember that He sees what we cannot and that nothing is outside of His hands.

And then comes this beautiful reminder:

“Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD himself, is the Rock eternal.” — Isaiah 26:4

Whatever you’re carrying into this week, fix your eyes on Him.

Trust Him. Rest in Him. He is your everlasting Rock. ✝️

Sunday evening at Tallarook 🍃

Following on from our morning service, we’d love you to join us Sunday evening as we continue our journey through 1 Peter.

Peter challenges us to consider what it really means to follow Christ, to leave our old ways behind and choose to live for the will of God, even when that means living differently from the world around us.

From 5pm

Come along as we open God’s Word together, worship and enjoy fellowship and a light supper afterwards.
