Hear from our guest speaker Angela Saunders as she joins us this Saturday 19th of July. This is a health seminar for everyone: men and women, younger and older. You will find this information valuable for enhancing your life!

Anxiety, depression, cognitive decline and dementia are growing concerns. Come and learn how food influences the health of our gut, chronic inflammation and brain health, from conception to older age. New research tells us about the powerful influence of food on our gut microbiome, and its critical influence on overall health, including brain health.

All are invited to stay after the church service for soup & buns, or return to the church for a 2:00pm start. Light refreshments will be served after the seminar.

This Easter, let’s remember:
There’s power in the blood—
Power to break addiction,
Heal deep wounds,
And set us free from the chains of sin.

Because of Jesus, there is hope. There is freedom. There is life.
