The Parish and School are greatly honoured to welcome the Major Relic of St Carlo Acutis, one of the Church's most inspiring young saints. This is a rare and grace-filled opportunity for our community to deepen our love for Jesus in the Holy Eucharist through the witness of St Carlo, who famously said, "The Eucharist is my highway to Heaven". All parishioners are warmly invited to take part in this special occasion. ✨ Wow, what an incredible turnout for Our Lady of Fatima! We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made the evening so special.

A sincere thank you to our parish priests Fr Tim and Tuyen for celebrating a beautiful Mass in honour of Our Lady of Fatima, and a special thank you to Fr Gerard for travelling from Karratha to join us.

To the Portuguese Community Club thank you for organising such a wonderful and successful evening. Your behind the scenes planning and dedication truly made it all possible.

Thank you to everyone who helped set up the venue from the bright lights and vibrant colours, it created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Huge thanks to the legends at the fire pit for smashing out 80 skewers of Espetada (meat). Also a big thank you to everyone who helped cater the delicious food - and of course all the amazing sweet desserts!

Thank you to our generous local sponsors for their kind donations. With your incredible support we were able to raffle off three amazing wheelbarrow prizes this year and provide wonderful door prizes.

Finally, thank you to everyone who helped with the packing up and cleaning. Many hands truly make light work.

Congratulations to St Mary Star of the Sea College on the 120th Anniversary of the opening day of a Catholic school in Carnarvon. On this day in 1906 the Presentation Sisters opened the doors to the first students in the small church where our current church now stands. 120 years of continuous Catholic education is a wonderful achievement for our parish and school community.
