MAHASANDHI CENTRE IN PERTH OFFERS PRAYERS FOR NEPAL

Practitioners of Mahasandhi Centre in Perth gathered today to offer heartfelt prayers for all those affected by the recent devastating landslide in Nepal.

The gathering prayed for the deceased, the injured and displaced, and for strength and comfort for the bereaved families and communities enduring this tragedy. Prayers were also offered for the safety and success of everyone involved in the rescue and relief efforts.

Mahasandhi Centre in Perth extends its deepest sympathy and solidarity to the people of Nepal during this profoundly difficult time. May all those affected receive timely assistance, and may peace, healing and resilience prevail.

Khandro Gayjang is one of the most profound and sacred Vajrayana practices, through which we offer our body, speech, and mind with complete devotion.

By relinquishing attachment to the ego the grasping to “I” and “mine” we accumulate vast merit and purify obscurations.

This practice opens the path to realizing the pure wisdom of Dzogchen, revealing the innate nature of mind.

Drup Tshezhi (First Sermon of Lord Buddha) was observed at Mahasandhi Centre in Perth with the public display of the sacred Buddha Relic, offering devotees a rare opportunity to pay homage and receive blessings.

The day was marked by the collective recitation of the Choebum (Buddha Scripture), followed by a Tshog Offering.

Hundreds of devotees and practitioners gathered throughout the day to receive blessings from the sacred relic, make aspirations, and commemorate this auspicious occasion.
