DIVINE WORSHIP & SUNDAY SCHOOL | 31 May 2026

Last Sunday morning, the brethren of PMCC (4th Watch) Perth gathered once again with grateful hearts to offer our worship, praise, and thanksgiving unto the Lord.

We began our Sunday Worship with spiritual nourishment through our Sunday School as we listened to the Words of God through Oras ng Katotohanan preached by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol.

Despite the physical exhaustion from the previous day's Sportsfest and the unfavorable weather conditions, the brethren of PMCC (4th Watch) Perth gathered with joyful hearts to worship God in spirit and in truth.

The Divine Worship Service commenced with a spirit-filled Praise and Worship led by Sis. Meiji Candelaria together with the Perth Praise and Worship Team. This was followed by a powerful opening prayer led by Elder Jose Rico, inviting God's presence and blessing upon the congregation. The Scripture Reading was then rendered by Bro. Sean Escritor.

Songs of praise and thanksgiving were offered unto the Lord by the Cadets and the Perth Harmony of Praise, bringing glory and honor to His holy name.

The Offertory Message was ministered by Ptr. Reshen Valdez, who shared the message entitled "Overcoming Our Fears Through Established Faith" from John 14:1-2. Through God's Word, the congregation was reminded that faith in Christ enables us to overcome fear and trust in His promises despite life's uncertainties.

A special moment of joy and dedication followed as Baby David Rufo was presented before the Lord. Together with his parents, Bro. Jesson and Sis. Marjorie Rufo, they entrusted and dedicated their child to God, committing to raise him according to His will and purpose.

The Divine Worshop Message was then delivered by our Head Minister, Bro. Isaiah Mark Valdez, through the sermon entitled "The Dare of Walking in the Narrow Gate and Narrow Road" based on Matthew 7:13-14.

He began by emphasizing how many people today seek only what is easy and convenient. While there may be a way that appears right to man, it ultimately leads to destruction. Many avoid the narrow road because of its challenges, not realizing that the Narrow Gate is none other than Jesus Christ Himself. Choosing the narrow gate and walking the narrow road leads believers into a life of sanctification and faithfulness to God.

He challenged the congregation with a powerful question: Are we willing to dare to walk the narrow road that Jesus Himself established?

The message highlighted several ways we can faithfully walk this path:
1. Self-Denial and Discipleship
Entering the narrow road requires a life marked by self-denial and discipleship, submitting even our greatest ambitions to the sovereignty of God.
2. Separation from the World
Believers must refuse the systems and values of this world and choose to live according to God's standards.
3. Accepting the Reality of Persecution
Following Christ comes with opposition and challenges, yet there is joy and blessing even in the midst of insults and persecution for His Name's sake.
4. Endurance and Perseverance
Jesus never promised a path free from difficulties. Instead, He calls us to persevere, keeping our eyes fixed on Him as we continue our journey of faith.

As the message concluded, the congregation was reminded not to be misled by the temporary attractions of the world. Rather, we must continue walking faithfully on the narrow road, for it leads to the glorious promise of eternal life with Christ.

Truly, God has once again refreshed, strengthened, and encouraged His people through His Word. May we continue to accept the challenge of walking through the Narrow Gate and remaining steadfast on the Narrow Road until the very end.

To God be all the glory!

God worked mightily in Canada!

On May 31, 1,800 individuals gathered at the WinSport Events Centre for Home Free Global Crusade - 2026 in Calgary, Canada, eager to witness what God has in store for them. Alongside powerful performances from Sister Yeng Constantino, the Home Free Praise and Worship Team, Saved by Grace, and Movement of Truth, they were especially blessed by the Word of God, which Global Evangelist Jonathan S. Ferriol proclaimed, declaring the one true freedom in the Lord. It is an impactful night where 590 people stepped forward to receive Christ as their Savior, and 195 of them took another step forward and were baptized.

Truly, He did great things during the sixth stop of the Saved. Healed. Delivered. Tour. He is not done yet, and we look forward to more lives He will change through this evangelistic crusade.

God desires for every believer to reach spiritual maturity; His heart is for His people to grow and experience a deeper intimacy with Him.

Evangelist Leticia Ferriol reminded the delegates that when a believer is deeply rooted in the faith, he will never waver.

DIVINE WORSHIP & SUNDAY SCHOOL | 24 May 2026

The PMCC (4th Watch) of Perth began the Lord’s Day with a powerful Sunday School message, through Oras ng Katotohanan, delivered by Apostle Jonathan Ferriol titled “Hide No More.” In his message, Apostle Jonathan spoke about the emotional and spiritual walls that often keep believers isolated. He challenged the congregation to stop hiding behind masks that cover pain, fear, disappointment, and failure, reminding everyone that true freedom comes when we come honestly before Christ without fear of rejection. At the same time, he emphasized an important biblical truth: while the consequences of unrepented sin are certain, sincere repentance and the cleansing blood of Jesus Christ open the door to salvation and eternal life.

After Sunday School, the church transitioned smoothly into the Divine Worship service through a Spirit-led program that prepared hearts for worship. The congregation was led into heartfelt praise and adoration by Elder Kat Gaspar together with the Perth Praise and Worship Team, creating an atmosphere filled with God’s presence. The worship service was further enriched by the heartfelt and Spirit-filled opening prayer led by Sis. Marjorie Rufo, which prepared the congregation for worship. The solemn and meditative scripture reading delivered by Bro. Jason Candelaria powerfully reminded the church of God’s living Word. The timely and encouraging offertory message shared by Elder Jose Rico stirred the hearts of the congregation toward a faithful giving. Adding to the sacred atmosphere were the deeply moving and anointed songs of praise by Bro. Adi and Sis. Rizha Heredea and Bro. Jason and Sis. Jasmine Candelaria, whose ministries ushered the congregation into deeper reflection and worship.

The highlight of the Divine Worship service was the expository sermon delivered by Brother Isaiah Mark Valdez based on Colossians 1:10–12, centered on the theme “Pleasing God.” In his message, Bro. Mark challenged the growing culture of self-validation and the constant desire for human approval. He reminded the church that a believer’s life, service, and purpose should be directed toward pleasing God and God alone. Using Genesis 1:27 and Isaiah 43:7 as foundations, he explained the dangers of what he called the “Triple Traps of Man-Pleasing,” warning that depending on people’s applause, validation and affirmation for fulfillment eventually leads to burnout, emptiness, and spiritual exhaustion.

To overcome the temptation of seeking human approval, the sermon presented four foundational truths needed for a life that truly pleases God in accordance to the scriptures found in Colossians 1:10-12. First, believers are called to bear fruit through good works—not to earn salvation, but as the natural result of abiding in Christ and reflecting Him to the world. Second, Christians must continue growing in their personal and experiential knowledge of God, moving beyond spiritual immaturity so they are not easily swayed by false teachings. Third, living a God-pleasing life requires strength that comes from God rather than human effort, enabling believers to endure trials and extend patience and grace to others. Finally, Bro. Mark emphasized the importance of joyful thanksgiving, encouraging the church to rest in the secure inheritance given by God’s grace instead of striving to prove their worth through works or human recognition.

To God be all the glory!
