Celebrating Samoan Language Week | Vaiaso o le Gagana Samoa 2026 🇼🇸 “E afua mai mauga tetele manuia o nu’u”

This week, our St.DBY members were challenged to share something embracing and celebrating Samoan Language Week. Here we have our very own Tyrese Tamatausala Maoe sharing his word of the week, “Fa’aaloalo” (Respect), while adding his own unique flair and creativity to the mix 😍.

It’s always encouraging to see our young people proudly embracing and promoting our language and culture. Not only for this week but continually. Keep up the great work Tyrese, we love to see it! 👏🏽🇼🇸💛💚

Proud of our youngins embracing their 🇼🇸Samoan culture, especially our Afakasi 🗣️:Lamont Sefo Hodgkinson 🤩

Lamont has showed so much interest and love for our culture, in our St Don Bosco Youth Fa’asinomaga Program with the ~ “Gogosina ole vao māoa” initiative and his commitment to learning definitely shows. Well done👏🏽 keep up the amazing work.

Come Spirit of Love, help me to be United to Jesus and not to be separated from him anymore.

Spirit of Wisdom, come close to my heart and teach me how to love with patience.

Spirit of Humility, help me to have the tenderness of Mary, the obedience of Joseph and the love of Jesus.

Origin Night Game 1 St.Don Bosco Youth & Young Adults Fun and Fundraiser night🔵🔴

What a night! as our Youth group patron and of youth put it - St. John Bosco, “Run, jump, shout, but do not sin.”
Lots of fun, food, laughs and fellowship Origin experience🤩🥳.

Tumua’s family have released complete details of Tumua’s farewell ceremonies before departure to his final resting place in the motherland of Samoa.
