The Resilience Blueprint: A Guide for Jewish Parents Raising Confident, Resilient Children in the Face of Antisemitism (free resource) https://www.skool.com/antisemitism-support-action/free-resource-the-resilience-blueprint
Jewish parents today are facing challenges that many hoped belonged to the past. Children are encountering antisemitism at school, online, in sport, and sometimes even in places where they should feel safest. How do we protect them without frightening them? How do we build confidence instead of anxiety? How do we help them develop a strong Jewish identity in a world that can sometimes feel hostile?

The Resilience Blueprint provides practical, compassionate, and evidence-informed guidance for parents navigating these difficult questions.

Written by Barbara Miller, B.A. (Hons Psychology), Grad Dip Sociology, the guide combines insights from psychology, sociology, Holocaust education, and contemporary experience to help families respond constructively to antisemitism while strengthening resilience, identity, and wellbeing.

Inside you'll discover:
How to talk to children about antisemitism at different ages
Ways to build Jewish pride without creating fear
What to do when a child is targeted or excluded
How to work effectively with schools
Strategies for handling online harassment
Practical ways to build confidence and resilience
When to seek additional support
The Four Pillars of Jewish Resilience: Community, Family, Faith & Culture, and Heritage & Contribution

Most importantly, this guide offers hope. It reminds parents and children alike that while antisemitism is real, it does not define who they are. Jewish identity is bigger than prejudice. Jewish history is richer than hatred. And resilience can be learned, strengthened, and passed on to the next generation.

If you're looking for practical tools, encouragement, and a positive path forward for your family, this guide is for you.
