🙏 UPDATE: ST LUKE’S CATSIM – MOVING FORWARD IN FAITH 🙏
Hello and greetings in Jesus name,
It’s been quite a busy and eventful time for everyone since our last update, as St Luke’s CATSIM continues to prepare for an exciting new chapter in its ministry.
With God’s grace and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, our journey has remained steady through recent months of planning, prayer, and preparation. It has been advised that the sale sign for the current church property and land at McLeod Street will be erected soon. Until then, our Sunday worship will continue as usual, with Holy Communion held each Sunday at 9:00am.
Together with Bishop Keith Joseph, Trinity Anglican School (TAS) at White Rock, and St Luke’s CATSIM, we have been blessed by an agreement that will allow our ministry to relocate to the beautiful TAS Chapel once the current church building is formally decommissioned through a final Service of Deconsecration, to be led by the Bishop (date to be advised).
Following this service, all worship, fellowship, ministry activities, and church business will be conducted from the TAS Chapel. A recent service was already held there, allowing our congregation to become familiar with the new location and facilities. The feedback has been positive, with plenty of space, modern amenities, and a comfortable worship environment.
For further information and updates, please speak with Deacon Loryanna Smith, Deacon Edward Wapau, or Church Warden Mrs Mary Wapau.
As we move forward together, let us continue to pray for our church family, support one another, and trust in God’s plans for the future of St Luke’s CATSIM. Thank you to everyone who has contributed their time, prayers, and commitment throughout this journey, and for your following on social media.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord — Jeremiah.29:11
Have a blessed week, and we look forward to worshipping with you on Sunday or in the future.
God bless 🤍🙏
