SOUL RESTORATION
(Pastor Air Mitchell Benjamat Mitchell )
📖 Luke 6:45 NIV
Jesus teaches us that what comes out of our lives reveals what has been stored within our hearts. Our words, attitudes, choices, and actions often reflect what is happening inside us.
True restoration, therefore, must begin from within.
📖 Matthew 15:11 NIV
Jesus teaches that it is not what enters the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth.
Sometimes we spend so much time trying to fix what people can see on the outside while ignoring what is happening inside our hearts.
God does not only want to change our outward behaviour. He wants to cleanse, heal, and transform us from within.
📖 John 3:16 NIV
And why does God want to restore us?
Because He loves us.
God did not wait for us to become perfect before loving us. He loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
Jesus is the greatest demonstration of God's love and His desire to bring us from death into new life.
📖 2 Corinthians 12:8–10 NIV
Paul pleaded with God three times to remove the “thorn” from him. But instead of removing it, God told Paul:
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
This teaches us something important about Soul Restoration:
Restoration does not always mean that God immediately removes every problem, pain, or weakness from our lives.
Sometimes we ask God to change our situation, while God begins by changing us within the situation.
Some things God removes.
Some things He carries us through.
And some things He uses to teach us to depend completely upon His grace.
Our weakness does not prevent God from working. Sometimes our weakest place becomes the very place where His strength is revealed most clearly.
SOUL RESTORATION
LOOK INSIDE
What is stored in your heart will eventually flow into your life.
LET GOD CLEANSE YOUR HEART
Do not focus only on changing the outside. Allow God to transform what is happening within you.
RECEIVE HIS LOVE
The cross reminds us that God has not abandoned us. He loved us enough to give His Son for us.
DEPEND ON HIS GRACE
You do not have to be strong enough on your own. His grace is sufficient.
Sometimes God may not remove the weakness,
but He can restore your soul in the middle of that weakness.
❤️ RESTORED HEART → RESTORED SOUL → TRANSFORMED LIFE
When God restores what is happening inside us, what comes out of our lives begins to change too. ✝️
Let God restore your heart, renew your soul, and transform your life.
