Bungendore Farmers Market and Co-op Store Buy direct from the farmer at our fresh regional produce Market every Saturday from 9 to 12. Village Square, 23 Malbon St Bungendore.

Southern Harvest Community Store open Wed/Fri/Sat from 9-4 and Sun from 10-4. We are a weekly local farmers market supporting regional producers and regionally produced food, Saturday 9am til 12noon in the grounds of the Anglican Church on the corner of Butmaroo and Gibraltar Streets, Bungendore. Our Stallholders offer a great range of fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices, meat products (including bee

f, chicken, duck, pork and lamb), fresh seafood from the coast, local preserves, jams and cheese, eggs, garlic, honey, wine and oil as well as breakfast and lunch, tea and coffee. The Southern Harvest Community Stall and Tea House is a cooperative initiative for small and backyard growers and makers to test and promote their products with little risk and lots of encouragement.

Last Saturday, most of our wonderful community store volunteers gathered around the table for a relaxed afternoon of tasting and sharing. 💚
Everyone brought along some of their favourite products from the shop, giving us the chance to sample a wonderful variety of local goodies together. As we tasted, we chatted about how each of us uses the products at home, shared recipe ideas, discussed the questions customers ask most often, and learnt a few new tips and tricks along the way. More than anything, it was a lovely opportunity to connect, laugh, and enjoy each other's company while celebrating the amazing products we are proud to stock in our store. A big thank you to all our volunteers for their time, enthusiasm, and the incredible sense of community they bring. We are so grateful for each and every one of you.

We had a variety of BK Kraut flavours in stock and now the only one left is the Curtido Kraut. It got us thinking that maybe some people aren't sure what Curtido actually is. Curtido is a traditional Salvadorian cabbage relish and BK Kraut's version is a delicious, zesty blend of jalapeños, lemon zest, oregano, carrot and onion. It's fresh, tangy and packed with flavours. Enjoy it alongside eggs, salads, sandwiches, burgers or straight from the jar.
