Southern Harvest Community Store open Wed/Fri/Sat from 9-4 and Sun from 10-4. We are a weekly local farmers market supporting regional producers and regionally produced food, Saturday 9am til 12noon in the grounds of the Anglican Church on the corner of Butmaroo and Gibraltar Streets, Bungendore. Our Stallholders offer a great range of fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices, meat products (including bee

f, chicken, duck, pork and lamb), fresh seafood from the coast, local preserves, jams and cheese, eggs, garlic, honey, wine and oil as well as breakfast and lunch, tea and coffee. The Southern Harvest Community Stall and Tea House is a cooperative initiative for small and backyard growers and makers to test and promote their products with little risk and lots of encouragement.

New in the shop: Barrio sauces have arrived.
We have two new hot sauces from Barrio sitting on the shelf and they are unlike anything else. Tucano brings mango, vinegar and red chilli together for a bright, fruity heat, while Perfect Dark goes deep and savoury with roasted garlic, mushroom, koji, wakame and a touch of charcoal.
Small batch, big flavour and made just down the road. Come in and grab a bottle for your next sandwich, burger or whatever needs a serious kick.😍😍

Want to know where your vegetables are coming from? Come and meet the people who grow them. Southern Harvest Supper Club is back at Scrumpers Kitchen on Friday 18 September 2026 and this month we are sitting down with Geoff and Colleen Foster of Jerrabatt Gully Farm. Since 1995 they have been growing sustainable, cool climate vegetables and fruit on their family farm in Wamboin, NSW, using home-made compost, saved seed and harvested rainwater. Our fridge is full and it is a very good problem to have. Freshly made Scrumpers Yoghurt, crafted right here in Bungendore using beautiful Tilba dairy. There is nothing better than homemade yoghurt made this close to home. Come and grab a jar while they last - the shop is back open tomorrow from 9.00 am onwards.

Meet the team! 😍 We are kicking off a new series introducing the faces behind the Co-op and first up is Tania, our store coordinator for our Bungendore Co-op store since December 2025. Tania loves to be in the garden or curled up with a book. She is also a qualified naturopath, was born in PNG and is mum to 6 adult children and grandmother to 5. Her favourite find in store at the moment is the black garlic white balsamic dressing, drizzled over just about anything. You will find her in the shop most Wednesday mornings, so say hello to Tania next time you are in!
