10th May 2026
6th Sunday of Easter
John 14: 15 - 21
So what have I learnt?
God wants us in relationship with them and with each other, to really know someone's heart we need to look into the heart, we need to ask where is your heart, what do you believe, how do you express that?
We need to search for, and reveal, the Christ in us all.

3rd May 2026
5th Sunday of Easter
John 14: 1-14

God knows that true power, the power to love with compassion all of creation and to truly elevate all life, comes from the openness of hearts filled with Christ, not self.

15th March 2026
4th Sunday of Lent
John 9. 1- 41 (an other long read)
This isn't about the pharisees, the pharisees in this telling represent all of humanity as we continue to squabble over details and miss the main event.
Some of us on this side some on that side, what gets lost is the miracle itself and that miracle is Christ Jesus.

8th March 2026
3rd Sunday of Lent
John 4. 5 - 42 (a long read)..our relationship with Christ is an internal matter to be discussed in private with our God, "But, when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you." (Matt 6.6)
The outward signs of this inner relationship are in our relationships with each other, love, compassion and justice for all is the Kingdom on Earth.

1st March 2026
2nd Sunday of Lent
John 3. 1 - 17
For certain, as conviction grows so does strength and courage and like Nicodemus we will, eventually, stand at the foot of the cross and declare our love for Christ and the Kingdom of God.

22nd January 2026
First Sunday in Lent
Matthew 4.1-11
First Sunday in Lent
Christ is, at once, the light that illuminates our nakedness and the agent of Grace that takes our burdens from us. And Christ is with us always; return to Christ persistently, confess daily, love always and trust completely...

1st February 2026
4th Sunday after Epiphany
Matthew 5:1-12
Perhaps the last word should go to Paul:
"It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God - that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. 31 Therefore, it is written: "Let the on who boasts boast in the Lord."
