Death is a part of life no one can avoid. Some families and patients would request Voluntary Assisted Dying to stop the suffering of the patients; however, is that truly assisting the patients in their final days of life? Dr Priyanka Pinto is a junior doctor passionate about life, facing moral issues like these every day at work. Praise be to God, the Church's moral teaching on Voluntary Assisted Dying is clear as day. And we are fortunate to have Dr. Pinto from the frontline with practical experience to teach us about the topic.

Light refreshment would be provided, and optional dinner afterwards.

Many of us are familiar with the whys of being pro-life and sharing our views in general discussion. Yet engaging with someone considering abortion is a particular challenge needing sensitivity and well-formed skills.

We are honoured to have invited Ms Connie Chan, a counsellor who works for the Pro-Life Ministry in the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong. Connie’s experiences include pregnancy crisis support, miscarriage and post-abortion healing. In our next formation, Practical Pro-life, she will be sharing her extensive experiences in dealing with real cases, which will be beneficial for our own understanding.

This month's social event will be a hike at Mount Beerburrum! On 20th June (THIS Saturday), we will be embarking on a journey up Mount Beerburrum to behold the beauty of God's creations. Also, to build up our fellowship through the hike. Remember to bring some light picnic food to have during the hike!🏔️🧗‍♀️

We will have Taize music, rosary, and silent prayers during the adoration for Corpus Christi.

Corpus Christi is coming this coming Sunday, 7th June! Before the procession, the Archdiocese Ministry will be holding an overnight adoration. St Stephen's YAM will be holding the 7 to 8 AM adoration slot. After that, there will be mass, and brunch after

All are welcome to the adoration. Remember to bring your rosary!

P.S. YAM Mass will proceed at the same time as usual, on Saturday, 6:00PM. Attendees can join either the 6:00PM YAM mass or the 8:00AM mass.
