Our Weekly Update: For most of this year, the Lord put on my heart the topic of wellness for our church and for Jesus’ body. Now that we are near the end of this series, I plan to share the last couple of messages tomorrow and on Father’s Day. My prayer is that we would all live in God’s wellness despite the spiritual warfare we face.
This week we completed one month at our Holy Fire School’s The Spirit Unit. We’ve got a great class, and I’ve been especially grateful for our graduates who have stepped up to serve. On Wednesday evenings, we have another great group, and we even had some unexpected late-night fellowship at Sunnybank after our study.
It’s encouraging to see what the Lord is doing among the rising new generation. There seems to be a fresh wind moving among the youth and young adults.
Tomorrow, Anna and I will lead the service. We appreciate you coming early so we are ready to worship on time for our 10 am start. Please keep in mind that Milton State School held its school fair today, so people may be working around us as they clean. Any extra helping hands are valued.
