Our attendees enjoy Discover because...
💙 It's a friendly environment to learn about who Jesus is and what Christians believe.
🗣 You're welcome to ask as many questions as you'd like. But there's no pressure to speak up if you don't want to.
💬 We start the night with a short talk followed by discussion groups so you can explore the questions that matter to you.

✔ If you have mobility needs, please come to the school entrance and one of our hosts will be happy to guide you from there.

A building doesn't make a church - the people do.

Whether it's Sunday worship, kids learning God's Word, Grow Groups, picnics, Prayer & Praise nights, or simply doing life together, CEC has always been about people following Jesus together.

We're moving locations from 28 June 2026 onwards, but our mission remains the same:
We are a Jesus-loving, Bible-believing, multicultural church that meets in the Centenary suburbs of Brisbane, Australia.

We can't wait to welcome everyone to our new home at Centenary State High School.

After nearly 100 wonderful Sundays together at Jamboree Heights State School, CEC will be gathering in a new location.

📍 Temporary Venue Change This Sunday

This Sunday (17 May 2026), Centenary Evangelical Church will be meeting at Centenary State High School.

🕤 Service time remains the same at 9:30am

📍 Please enter via Moolanda Street and follow directions from our ushers to the Sports & Recreation Hall.

🚗 There is plenty of roadside parking available.

♿ If you have mobility concerns or have younger children, you are welcome to drive in to drop off passengers before parking outside.
