As seasons change, our lives will change too. We may face various experiences like comfortable or difficult ones, peaceful or chaotic ones. When we encounter difficult or chaotic moments, we may feel like we are frozen in them. Our hearts may feel cold and in need of a source of warmth and hope.

We must always remember that God is always with us to guide and protect us. With the reassurance that God is always near us, we will know that God will surely help us through these difficult situations, and warm our hearts again.

Why did Jesus ask us to take the bread and the cup?

Not just to follow a tradition -
but to remember.

To remember His sacrifice.
His love.
And what He has done for us.

Holy Communion is more than a ritual -
it’s a moment to draw close to Him.

But someone who changed lives everywhere He went—

He welcomed the broken,
gave hope to the forgotten,
and showed people the love of God ❤️
