Good morning, church family. We are glad to welcome you online as we gather to honour the Lord together in spirit and in truth, watching expectantly for His imminent return.

Today we pray for our own fellowship, asking the Lord to lead us into holiness, sincere repentance, and a deeper walk with Christ. May He stir our hearts to love righteousness and to turn from anything that draws us away from Him.

This Wednesday night is our Christmas Eve service, from 7.30pm, to pause with thankful hearts for God's gift to humanity in Jesus. Brad will be closing our season of Advent, focusing on Love.

Tomorrow morning we will be gathering at VACC for a service at the usual time.
Due to the weather last night, there is currently no power in the local Coopers Plains area, including at our building, so it will be quite different and of an unplugged nature. This is a time for us to simply gather together as a church family for fellowship, prayer, worship and opening of God’s Word, even if we do not have lights or our coffee machine.
Things have not settled down yet after the cyclone, with more rain expected over the weekend. So on Sunday please do stay at home if you need to, or if it would be more safe to do so.
