Overseas Christian Fellowship UQ OCF UQ is a home that welcomes all students, where we grow together through the study of God's word.

OCF (Australia) is a body of overseas students who are called to share the love of God and experience of knowing Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour with their fellow students. During the time of studying abroad, opportunities are available for OCF members not only to prepare themselves for future vocations, but also to equip themselves to serve Jesus Christ effectively. OCF UQ meets weekly during th

e academic semester every Friday at the University of Queensland, St Lucia Campus, Building 69, Room 401, from 6pm to 9.30pm*

We are a group of fun and outgoing, God-fearing, mainly international students who come together to worship, fellowship, and to learn and grow in the Lord. Regardless of your faith or denomination, OCF UQ welcomes you with open arms. Our members are always eager to meet new people and welcome you as part of our loving community. *Bible Study:* We are continuing our journey through the Book of Mark, diving into Chapter 6 this week. Can’t wait to see what insights we uncover together!

*Alpha:* We are also heading into another session of the Alpha course, so definitely come along if you’ve been following the series or want to join the conversation.

🍽️ Dinner
We’ll be having a *fundraising dinner* this week! 😋

Cost: *$10 per person*, but it is completely *FREE* for newcomers, so it’s the perfect time to bring a friend along!

We’re excited to gather again this Friday (01/05) for our *6th Bible Study + 3rd Alpha Course*, from *6:30pm–9pm*— would love to see you there!

📍 *Location*: Building 08, Room 388 (same as last week!)

📖 *Bible Study*: We’ll be diving into Mark Chapter 5 — seeing more of Jesus’ power and heart
✝️ *Alpha*: “Why did Jesus die?” — a really central and meaningful topic, great for both new and returning people

🍽️ *Dinner*: $10pp
✨ *Newcomers eat FREE*, so this is a great week to invite a friend, coursemate, or anyone you’ve been wanting to bring along!

It’ll be a chill night with good food, good people, and meaningful conversations — whether you’ve been coming for a while or it’s your first time, you’re very welcome 🤍

We will be having our 5th Bible Study of the semester + 3rd Alpha course this coming *Friday (24/4), 6:30pm–9pm!*

Hello OCF Family!! 🥳 I trust the Lord has been with all of you this 5th week of studies, as assignments and mindsets have been picking up even more!

This is the last week before a 2-week OCF break, so be sure to come along! 😊This Friday (27/3) will be a GAMES NIGHT! 👾No Bible study and no alpha, just a chill time to hang out and catch up! Feel free to bring along a friend!

We will be meeting in the same law room this week at *Building 01, Room W458.* 🎓6:30-9pm!
