Catholic morality is often misunderstood as a list of rules, but at its heart, it is about learning how to love.

It asks deeper questions:
Is this helping me become more like Christ?
Is this shaping my heart toward what is good?
Is this leading me toward real freedom?.

The Church does not teach morality to limit freedom, but to help us understand what freedom is for. Real freedom is not simply doing whatever I want, it is learning to choose the good, even when it costs something.

May we remember today that even the smallest movement of the heart toward God is prayer.

The Church comes alive when people gather in faith, prayer, hope and love.

The Holy Spirit still moves among us, often gently, quietly, and deeply.
