Crossway Brighton is seeking a passionate and energetic Youth & Young Adults Pastor (3 days per week) to lead and grow our youth and young adults ministry.

You’ll oversee the Friday night youth program, run a high school lunchtime group, develop young adults through life groups and events, and help transition children into youth. You’ll also be part of Sunday services and connect with the wider Crossway team.

We’re looking for someone with youth ministry experience, strong leadership skills, and a heart for discipling young people. Theological training (or willingness to undertake) is required.

Mentoring, coaching, and salary packaging are provided.

Do you have a passion for seeing children and families encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and thrive in community?

Crossway Brighton is seeking a part-time Children and Families Pastor (2 days per week) to provide strategic leadership to our growing ministry. In this role, you’ll help shape the spiritual foundation of the next generation by leading engaging weekend and mid-week programs, building strong volunteer teams, and equipping parents as primary disciple-makers.

We’re looking for a committed follower of Jesus with strong leadership and relational skills, experience (or a strong interest) in children and family ministry, and a heart for disciple-making.
