On Wednesday the Migrant Jubilee Cross travelled to St Brigid’s Bridgetown.

If you missed seeing the Migrant Jubilee Cross while it was here and would like to see it, the Cross will be travelling to Harvey Parish.

The Cross will be at Harvey Parish from 15th to 17th May, from there it will travel to the Diocese of Geraldton.
We have a lovely photo in this weekend’s bulletin of the Migrant Jubilee Cross at St Brigid’s Church.

The Jubilee Migrant Cross pilgrimage is starting through the Diocese of Bunbury tomorrow the 4th May 2026. The will be an opportunity to see it at Bridgetown on Wednesday 13th May 2026 & in Boyup Brook on Thursday 14th May 2026. Please see shared post for more details.

DIOCESAN NEWS: The Jubilee Migrant Cross will start it’s pilgrimage through the Diocese of Bunbury! There are opportunities across the Diocese to see, venerate and adore the Jubilee Migrant Cross and the relics it contains. The pilgrimage aims “to offer an opportunity for the Catholic Church in Australia to mark the celebration of the Jubilee of Migrants in October 2025 and continue to acknowledge and celebrate the faith, gifts, contributions, and resilience that migrant communities bring to our local Church and the world.” For information about the cross can be found here: https://acmro.catholic.org.au/jubileecross
