Yesterday, Wednesday 25 March, we were joined by Paul Bailey from St Philips Academy in Alice Springs who gave us an update on their many activities and the challenges of remote living. Lunch was an extra special affair with zucchini slice, chicken stroganoff, fresh fruit and homemade desserts, all prepared by the students of Oxley College and our collection of outstanding cooks. Please join us for lunch every Wednesday.
