We the Bourke Seventh-Day Adventist Church will be having a special Visitors and Baptismal Sabbath this Saturday, the 25th of July.
Where we celebrate a life made new in Jesus.
We are also excited for the visitors who have accepted the invitation to come and join us.
We will also have a fellowship lunch after.
We hope to see you there.

I have decided to follow Jesus. No turning back!

We feel honored as a church to host the Storm.co group from the Central Coast here in Bourke. The group delivered an inspiring message about Heaven during our church service. The presence of God was palpable during the welcoming, prayer, worship songs, ice-breaker session, children's storytime, the main message, and fellowship over food, with lively conversations taking place around the table and by the fireside under the warm sun. We are enthusiastic about the community programs that Storm.co will be organizing in Bourke. May God lead, guide, and protect us as we minister to others.

This Sabbath (July 4), churches across the South Pacific are invited to unite for a Sabbath of Prayer as we seek God's leading for the mission ahead.

Whether you're planning your Sabbath service or worshipping from home, a range of free resources is available, including:

📖 A sermon on prayer by Pastor Maveni Kaufononga—ideal for churches without a preacher this Sabbath, home churches or members unable to attend in person.

You are also invited to join the special Prayer Vigil, beginning tomorrow (July 3) and continuing through to Sunday. You can join on Zoom and it will be streamed on Facebook, with all the links available on the website.

It was a truly blessed Sabbath as we had the privilege of hosting the Triple A group from the Gosford church on the Central Coast, who shared a message of hope with us.
We felt God's presence throughout the singing, ice-breaker, kid's story, message, fellowship, and food.
The message, based on Psalm 23, reminded us of God's promise to be with us always, even in times of hardship, providing for us as our good shepherd.
We were also delighted to fellowship with members of the Brewarrina Seventh-day Adventist Church and were blessed by the special singing of a wonderful family from Gongolgon.
A buffet lunch was served, extending the fellowship until farewells were bid, and we were reminded that God is good and always with us. Brewarrina Seventh-day Adventist Church

This Sabbath, we will observe church at home, remembering in prayer our women who are attending the retreat in Avondale, and wishing all a blessed Sabbath rest.
