Our journey in the Nausori Highlands has come to an end, and I praise God for this incredible experience. We arrived with no expectations and were warmly welcomed by our hosts and the church family.

Throughout our time, dedicated leaders gathered every morning to pray for the program. Initially, I was concerned when no one responded to my first altar call. Yet, on the final night, seven individuals stepped forward to declare their faith in Jesus through baptism, and that number grew to twelve!

Additionally, a nearby site joined us, resulting in 14 more baptisms. In total, 26 souls publicly committed to following Christ.

Thank you to the Nausori Highlands and Yavuna community for your friendship and hospitality. May God bless you as you nurture these new believers for His kingdom!

Being part of the Fiji for Christ mission is a true honour. I was called to serve in the Nausori Highlands, a part of Fiji I had never visited before. I was also joined by Mone and Leki, two of our young people, both on their first mission trip, to support the efforts however we could.

In the highlands, we are situated 2,000 feet above sea level in a small village with a population of 100 to 150 people. Our mission commenced on Sunday night (16 Aug) and was well attended.

On Monday evening, we launched a kids' club that attracted even more children, along with some parents joining our program. The experience has been incredible, particularly because of the unique village setting.

Accessing the village requires a 4WD because of the rough, rugged roads, making it a challenging location not suited for the faint-hearted. However, I am confident that God will yield a harvest from this village during the two-week evangelistic campaign. The local members are enthusiastic and diligent, ensuring the hall is set up and the program is ready.

The hospitality here has been extraordinary. Lemeki and Vara Toutou, the key figures running the church in the highlands, are hosting us. Their kindness and support, along with their sacrifices for establishing the church, have been invaluable. Please keep our mission in your prayers, and we hope to return to witness a thriving church that transforms this community for the Kingdom of God.

We praise God that Pr Sau, Mone and Leki have arrived safely in Fiji! yesterday. 🇫🇯

We thank the Lord for their willingness and commitment to serve and share the love of Jesus with the people of Fiji. May God guide, protect and strengthen them throughout their mission, and use them mightily to reach hearts and bring hope through the Gospel.

Thank you brother Mone for sharing God’s Word with us at Vespers tonight. Your message reminded us that prayer is not about having the perfect words, but about bringing a sincere heart before God.

Thank you for encouraging us to pray with faith, authenticity, and complete dependence on Him. May God continue to bless and use you in His service.
