We were so blessed to welcome His Grace, Archbishop John Wilson of Southwark, to Bondi!

Having travelled Down Under the week before to speak to our clergy at the Priests’ Conference, Archbishop Wilson graced our parish with his presence, celebrating Mass with us before joining our parishioners for brunch afterwards.

It was a great joy and privilege to welcome His Grace to our parish.

What a night! ❤️‍🔥

We had the honour of hosting His Lordship Bishop Tony Percy for a special evening exploring St John Paul II’s Theology of the Body.

With more than 150 people in attendance, it was a night we won’t soon forget!

A huge thank you to bishopanthonypercy for such a wonderful evening.

What a night!

A big thanks to the Artes Christi and Quart-Ed and our fantastic choirmaster, Michael, for putting together such an incredible performance.

GLORIA! sold over 300 tickets, bringing people from all across Sydney to St Anne’s for a beautiful evening of sacred music.

✨ FEAST OF THE ASSUMPTION OF OUR LADY ✨

This Saturday, 15 August, we celebrate the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a Holy Day of Obligation.

As the feast falls on a Saturday this year, please remember that two separate Masses must be attended to fulfil both the Assumption and Sunday obligations.

To help everyone fulfil the obligation, we will have two Mass options for the Assumption:

🕯️ Friday 14 August — Special Vigil Mass
⛪ St Patrick’s
🕖 7.00pm

OR

🌹 Saturday 15 August — Mass of the Assumption
⛪ St Anne’s
🕘 9.00am

Please note that attending the Friday vigil/ Saturday Mass cannot fulfil your Sunday obligation. You are to attend Mass, as always, on Sunday.
