Day 21 - THIS IS IT - Last Day.
MyChurch Missionaries
Today, on the last day of prayer and fasting, we turn our heart and mind to our missionaries that we support. From Ernabella in the APY Lands to Vietnam, from Georgia (near Russia) to Israel and Mozambique.

Living in such a great city, it's sometimes easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. Mychurch is a Local church connected to a global community. We are partnering with other organisations, churches and ministries to reach further, higher, deeper and wider than we ever could on our own.
We pray for:
- Our missionaries who are listed on our web page;
- Their protection and health as they serve their country & community;
- Supernatural wisdom & favour as they minister & connect with the unsaved;
- financial resource & provision; and
- Their children to integrate well into the community & God’s grace & understanding as they grow up in a foreign land, without extended family & friends;

Mark 16:15
“He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”

Matthew 28:19-20
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Acts 1:8
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Acts 13:47
“For this is what the Lord has commanded us: “ ‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’ ”

Matthew 24:15
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”

Day 20 - MyChurch Christmas service
Today we pray for Christmas service which will be on 10 December. We are believing that this will be an opportunity to see unsaved loved ones discover & experience the love of Jesus.
We pray for:
- Divine appointments & opportunities to invite unchurched friends, family & our local community to the service and boldness to invite them;
- A revelation that as Christians, this is the Godly Commission, to see people saved & discipled, so inviting them is the starting point;
- For our Church to be welcoming, kind and to show love and grace without judgement;
- Favour upon our finances, resources & people as we plan the service;
- Our worship, creative & hospitality team as they give up their time to rehearse, cook & serve;
- Jesus to use our church to do what only He can do, which is save souls and change lives;
- A Holy Spirit anointing on the worship & the Word, that the presence & love of God would be undeniable;
- People to make first time decisions to give their lives to Jesus;
- Families to join our church community as a result of this service.

What does the Bible say about inviting people?

Hebrews 10:25
“And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.”

Romans 15:7
“Therefore welcome (accept) one another as Christ has welcomed (accepted) you, in order to bring praise to God.”

Leviticus 19:34
“You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.” - we are all sinners in need of God’s love & revelation.

Galatians 3 28
‘There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.” - In Christ we are all the same, we are equal with one another.

Day 19 - An Outpouring & Infilling of the Holy Spirit

Pray for the presence and the power of the Holy Spirit to be amongst us, because without him, our efforts are useless.
We pray for:
- Courage and boldness to serve as witnesses to the power of the gospel;
- God to empower you and fill you with the Holy Spirit;
- The Holy Spirit to lead us in all we do; and
- That every member in our church would be baptised & filled with the Holy Spirit, to enable them to carry out the ministry or calling that God has given them, to enable supernatural signs & wonders.
Luke 11:13
“If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

Acts 1:4-8
“And while staying with them he ordered them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which, he said, “you heard from me; for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” And “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

2 Corinthians 3:12 and 17-18
“Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech—unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away… Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” And “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit”

Day 18 - MyChurch
Today we pray for MyChurch and the different aspects of the church. We know that it is God’s desire for us to take ground and advance. Matthew 11:12 says “From the time of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful people have been seizing it.”

Take some time today to pray about us taking new ground and territory as a church.
We Pray for:
- Many come to know God;
- Greater levels of influence in the city and beyond;
- Courage and tenacity going forward;
- For future expansion through community involvement;
- Raising of more leaders;
- Wisdom;
- Gods favour with a building to be our home; and
- Release and increase of resources- finance, people, buildings.

Matthew 16:18
“I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

Acts 1:8
“ But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Day 17 - Your Purpose & Calling
Today we pray for a revelation of God’s plan & purpose for our lives. When we don’t know who we are in Christ and don’t understand or see what God has called us to, it can cause a lot of confusion, wrong choices, and disappointment in our lives. May God give us a spirit of wisdom and revelation.
We pray for:
- Transformed minds to see all that God has called us to be, to see ourselves the way God see us;
- Clarity on what God has called you to do and boldness to step into it;
- A heart to live a life of purpose, to fulfil the ministry call God has for each of us;
- Wisdom to understand the times and seasons God has; and
- God to open the doors He wantto walk through and to close doors that are not part of His plan.
Ephesians 1:17-20
“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.”

Philippians 3:12-14
“Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”

Romans 8:28
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”

Ephesians 2:10
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.”

Psalm 139

Day 16 - Increase in Our Faith
Faith is completely trusting in an unseen God. Faith knows He loves us completely and that the death and resurrection of Jesus paid the penalty for our sins. Even the disciples that walked with Jesus needed to strengthen their faith. Jesus told them if their faith was only the size of a mustard seed, they could uproot trees and crumble mountains. We need more faith like the disciples.

Faith comes by hearing (Romans 10:17), so we ask God to be open our ears to hear, as we read God’s word, that our faith will grow.
We pray for:
- God to increase our faith that we would trust in what we cannot see, and believe that He is working all things together for our Good;
- Mountain moving faith, the kind of faith that comes only from faith in Jesus, the kind that sees the impossible become possible;
- Unwavering faith, for God to build our faith to depend on Him entirely for every need and not on the things of this world or in our own strength and abilities;
- God’s power that we would always walk by faith and not by sight;
- Faith that is big enough to overcome every obstacle;
- God to empower us to take steps of faith, by acting on God’s promises;
- Contagious faith to trust God for the miraculous; and
- The Lord to expose any places of doubt that we may have, so that our faith & trust in Him will grow.
Ephesians 6:16
“In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one.”

Hebrews 11:6
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”

2 Corinthians 5:7
“For we live by faith not by sight.”

Ephesians 2:8-9
“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

2 Timothy 4:7
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”

Day 15 - Our Pastors
Today, we pray for our pastors, David and Paula, and their girls, Scarlett, Makenzie ‘& Matilda. The Bible specifically instructs us to pray for leaders in high positions, because it pleases God.

We pray for:
- Them to have wisdom as they lead;
- God to give them revelation, clarity to hear Gods voice and direction as they lead the church;
- God’s protection and peace over their family and home;
- A greater increase of the presence of God in their lives;
- For Scarlett, Makenzie and Matilda in their studies, workplaces and life endeavours;
- The blessing of God over every area of their lives;
- The family to enjoy quality time together, where they grow, closer to one another.

1 Timothy 2:1
"I urge then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone"

Ephesians 1:17-18:
“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people and his incomparably great power for us who believe.”

Proverbs 11:14
“Where there is no guidance, a people falls,but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.”

Acts 20:28
“Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood”

Day 14 - Church Volunteers
Today we pray for all the volunteers who serve in our church, who contribute behind the scenes and that help in every department. From serving coffee, to set up, to music, creative, children’s ministry and hospitality. We are so grateful for each of you.
We pray for:
- God’s blessing on every person who volunteers within the church;
- That they would excel in their gifting;
- Unity and a great team spirit as they encourage one another and serve together;
- Creativity, joy and enthusiasm in their serving; and
- More people to enlarge and refresh the team.
Romans 12:5-9
“So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the Grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith. If it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then encourage; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully”.

Ephesians 4: 11-13
“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.”

“Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him."

3 John 1:4
“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.”

Deuteronomy 6:6-7
“These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”

Day 12 - Salvations & Momentum

- Rapid personal growth;
- Growth and acceleration like we’ve never seen before;
- People being discipled & someone to lead in this area;

“ therefore, go, and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, and the son and the Holy Spirit”.

2 Peter 3:9
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance”.

Day 11- Marriages
Today we pray for God to strengthen and protect our marriages. Matthew 19:4–6 says “What God has joined together”, which implies that marriage is not merely a human agreement but a relationship in which God changes the status of a man and a woman from being single (they are ‘no longer two’) to being married (‘one flesh’).
We pray for:
- Our partner’s relationship with Jesus, that they would draw closer to Him;
- The love that we have for each other, to reflect the love God has for His people;
- Understanding and respect for our spouses;
- Marriages that are honest and authentic;
- Prioritisation of our busy schedules to spend time together, communicating and having fun;
- God to reignite our passion and first love for each other;
- Gratitude in our hearts for our spouse;
- A heart to love our spouse unconditionally;
- God to bind us together, that nothing would come between our marriages; and
- Our marriages to reflect God’s kindness, generosity and character.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
“Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.”

Ecclesiastes 4:12
“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

Colossians 3:13
“Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.”
