Blacktown Anglican Sunday Service Times
We're currently meeting at 10am online each Sunday.

As a church, we want to see our city flourish in God's good design through a Jesus shaped community - as we know Jesus, treasure Jesus, depend on Jesus and represent Jesus.

The book of Ezekiel is strange, vivid, and unforgettable—and its message still speaks to every generation.

When God’s people abandon justice, and their worship becomes corrupt, death spreads through the world God made.

Yet God does not abandon His creation—He remakes it. The melody that runs through the whole Bible is this: the path to true life runs through death to life.

Join us as we begin a new sermon series through the book of Ezekiel this Sunday.
In person: 8am & 10am
Livestream: 10am @ https://www.youtube.com/blacktownanglican

Are you feeling anxious about the future? Worried with all the uncertainty of the world?

Easter reminds us that we are not alone. More than that, it shows us why we can have great hope, no matter our present circumstances.

The arrival of Jesus 2,000 years ago changed the world forever. His life, death, and resurrection from the dead brought incredible news for all humanity. We are not alone; God is with us. And he has promised a day when every wrong will be made right, and every hurt will be healed.

We'd love you to join us this Easter as we reflect on the good news that Jesus has for us all.

From the first days of the church 2000 years ago, the news about Jesus spread rapidly. In changed the lives of surprising people in surprising places.
In the book of Acts alone, we see it spread quickly from city to city, all the way to Rome, the centre of the empire.

This Sunday we begin in the second half of the story of Acts, seeing the good news of Jesus spread from Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. A message that continues to change surprising people in surprising places today.

Join us for this fascinating and life-changing story.
In person: Sundays, 8am & 10am

Is prayer dangerous?
There are many wonderful prayers throughout the Bible. There are prayers to inspire us, prayers to pray ourselves, prayers that teach us to pray.

There are some prayers in the Bible, that, if God were to answer our request, we would suddenly find ourselves in a lot more trouble than we might have expected.
Prayers that ask God to work significantly in our lives and for our good, but perhaps with consequences we hadn't anticipated.

We could call these 'Dangerous Prayers'. Prayers that, if you really stopped to consider your request, you might just think twice.

Join us as we consider these wonderful, powerful, yet dangerous prayers.
In person Sundays 8am and 10am, or online at 10am. https://www.youtube.com/blacktownanglican
