Barom Kagyu The Barom Kagyu Center situated in Sefton, Sydney, follows the Barom Kagyu Tibetan Buddhist tradition Rinpoche teaches in Chatswood fortnightly.

Barom Kagyu in Sefton NSW Australia is the main Barom Kagyu Tibetan Buddhist Centre under the auspices of Sonam Tenzin Rinpoche with the assistance of Lama Namsai and Khenpo Tenzin. The Centre makes all visitors extremely welcome and presents regular puja, teachings and retreats. Public pujas are held every morning at 7am,

The benefits of Tara Puja: There are so many inner obstacles to the development of your mind, and these inner obstacles create many outer obstacles. Therefore, for the success of your Dharma practice, you must rely upon a special deity such as Tara. All the actions of the Buddhas have manifested in this female aspect of Buddha, Tara the Liberator, in order to help living beings to accomplish both temporal and ultimate happiness.
