On Easter Sunday we have three services. A combined churches dawn service at Bellerive beach, 6am for 6:10am start. (Remember the clocks change). We host a breakfast at St Mark's at 7.15am, an 8.30am traditional service, and a 10am all ages services (followed by man Easter egg hunt for the kids). It will be a brilliant day remembering the resurrection of Jesus and the significance of this for us today.

Tomorrow at St Mark's Bellerive, we host a special Good Friday service for people of all ages. With creative storytelling, and moving music we'll tell the story of Jesus' death and its meaning for us today. All welcome. Following the service we will be serving hot cross buns.

Next Saturday 28th February St Mark's Bellerive is hosting an evening with guest speaker Jo Knight. Jo will speak from a Christian perspective, connecting social justice and care for creation. She is CEO of Anglican Overseas Aid and the author of a new book that brings inspirational stories from practitioners around the world.

Excited for carols on Saturday! The Hobart Hurricanes staff invited us to meet up and work together to help the carols and the women's big bash final flow well. They were really warm and accommodating. They are also offering two free tickets to all who come to the carols.

We're excited for Saturday's Carols by the Beach. Carols will be followed by the women's cricket final. We met with Ninja Stadium's WBBL staff this week. They were really keen to help the two events flow well. They are also offering 2 free tickets to all who come to carols, to attend the women's final afterwards.

Are you interested in exploring the story of Jesus for yourself? In May and June St Mark's, Bellerive is hosting "The Hope Course" on Wednesday Nights, Friday mornings & at also our youth group (Friday nights). It's a short course introducing the Christian faith through the lens of hope. We'll enjoy some food together, hear a talk, and have a chance for discussion. All welcome. St Mark's is Hosting "Taste and See" over the coming month, starting this Sunday at 6pm. It's a presentation of the Christian story over four distinct meals. Over the four weeks, we'll eat a vegetarian meal, an evening of junk food, a mediterranean feast and a banquet. And it's free. This would be a great night if you're interested in exploring what Christian faith is about. There'll be input and table conversation.

Come join us on Christmas Eve for a Kids Nativity. We'll tell the story, sing some great carols, along with kids activities and a BBQ. All welcome. Dress ups welcome (for all ages). You can come as a character from the nativity, (and we also have dress ups available on arrival). 4pm Christmas Eve at St Mark's Bellerive.

Embark is our Friday after school program for children in Grades 3-6. We've got an exciting program planned for term 4, and space to welcome some new children. Please pass on the details to any children who may love to be a part of this.
This term we've got mini-golf, Nerf battles, a beach night and heaps more. We'll also be exploring the parables (Jesus' famous stories).
