NO KIDS CHURCH TOMORROW

Our Kids Church will be taking a break as we’d love for our kids to be part of the special testimonies and baptism service tomorrow.

It’s a special opportunity for the whole church family to celebrate together, hear stories of faith and rejoice in what God is doing.

As our senior students head into the final stretch of the term, we want to encourage you: keep going, stay focused and finish well!

We know the final weeks can bring tiredness, pressure and plenty of challenges. Remember, you don’t have to do it all in your own strength. Take one day at a time, support one another, ask for help when you need it and keep your eyes on the goal.

🙏 Our prayer for you:
Lord, give our senior students strength when they are weary, wisdom when they face difficult decisions, peace when they feel overwhelmed, and perseverance to keep going. Help them to use their gifts well, encourage one another, and finish this term with confidence and integrity. Remind them that they are never alone and that You are with them every step of the way. Amen.

💙 Father’s Day at Glasshouse Country Baptist Church 💙

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the dads, grandads, stepdads, mentors and father figures who have loved, encouraged, guided and supported us.

We also recognise that Father’s Day can bring mixed emotions. We remember those who have lost their dads, those who long to be fathers and those whose experiences of fatherhood have been difficult. ❤️

Above all, we give thanks for our Heavenly Father whose love is faithful, gracious and never-ending. 🙏

Join us this Sunday at 9am as we worship together, celebrate the men who have made a difference in our lives and give thanks for God’s goodness.

Words build. They can strengthen someone, restore confidence and put courage back into a weary heart. Perhaps after a conversation we should ask not simply, ‘What did I say?’ but, ‘What did my words build?

Romans 12:10 (NLT) says, ‘Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honouring each other.’

Take delight in honouring each other. Great people don’t become smaller by honouring others.
