TODAY 25th August is the official launch of the Doormuong Water Project in Juba South Sudan. Thank you to those who have financially contributed to this life giving initiative.

The date was chosen to align with WORLD WATER WEEK (23-27TH AUGUST.).

At 6pm our time (10am their time) please pray for Moses Leth, his family and all those who gather around the well. May they not only receive drinking, cooking and cleaning water but meet Jesus receiving eternal water and experience peace in their country.

Join Lay Preachers and leaders from across Australia for an exciting, engaging and interactive conference exploring the many dimensions and challenges of preaching, worship and ministry in today’s world.

Hosted by the Uniting Church Victoria & Tasmania, the conference will explore preaching, worship and ministry through themes including Scripture and theology, multiculturalism, inclusion, diversity, mission, social justice and creativity. President Rev Charissa Suli will be among 16 presenters, offering interactive learning, practical discussions and worship.

Since Monday our Presbytery Minister Rev Catherine Solomon has been in Hobart for the National Pres Min Gathering. Pres Mins from every Synod are present sharing ministry stories, experiences, learnings, laments, hopes and developing relationships through prayer and deep listening.

A sacred time walking on Palawa Country, being inspired by the President Rev Charissa Suli and great input from Julian Hamilton among others. Thursday is the last day.
