This is wonderful news, a new Dean for our Cathedral!

A new Dean for Ballarat

Last Sunday I announced that, subject to the normal checks, it is my intention to license The Rev’d Canon Michael David Llewellyn Davies, currently the Rector of Woy Woy in Newcastle Diocese, to be the next Dean of Ballarat. Fr Michael is 53, married to Alex, and has a reputation as a fine preacher with strong pastoral care credentials. He will commence work just before Lent begins in 2022. Please pray for Fr Michael as our Dean-designate, and for his family during this time of change.
