Last Sunday was 🔥

We were so blessed to have Benjamin Soliman and a team from Awakening Europe with us. Benjamin serves as Ps Ben Fitzgerald’s personal assistant and protégé, and honestly, he carried the heart of Awakening with him.

The Word was preached. Jesus was lifted up. The Holy Spirit moved.

People were healed. People were set free. And there were some genuine encounters with God. 🙌

No hype. No performance. Just Jesus doing what Jesus does.

A very encouraging encounter from last Saturday. We were able to become the second person to be sowing into a person that our heavenly Father is wooing. The whole day felt like a series of divine encounters.

From Fire to Awakening!!!

We have been blessed to know ps journey to Awakening Europe, the fire and the devotion that he carries is uncommon, and we are not at all surprised, at the mighty things that God is doing through him. We appreciate the past sacrifices of and and family, and we look forward to stepping into the next season and the next level. We are glad to be in the family.

How can they know if we don't go? The Gospel must be preached! Here we are, Lord, send us!

🎉 WE ARE OFFICIALLY AWAKENING CHURCH 🎉
For years, God has been writing a story through Fire Church Australia — a story of people encountering Jesus, families being transformed, campuses being planted, leaders being raised and a church family growing across our nation.
And woven through that story has been a friendship and a shared vision.
What began through the friendship of Ps Daniel Hagen and Ps Ben Fitzgerald grew into a partnership that would see both Fire Church and Awakening become part of something much bigger — including Awakening Europe, Awakening Australia and countless moments of seeing people encounter Jesus across nations.
We honour everything God has done through Fire.
We honour Pastors Daniel and Chelsea Hagen and the foundations that were laid.
We honour every pastor, leader, volunteer and person who has called Fire home.
And we honour the incredible journey that has brought us to this moment.
Now, under the leadership of Ps Alex & Jess Barcenas, we believe God is leading us into a new chapter.
Fire Church Australia is joining the global Awakening Church family — bringing together 14 campuses across Australia, Germany, Japan and Czech Republic under one church, one family and one mission.
Together we are going after HIS GLORY, HIS GOSPEL and becoming ONE FAMILY ON A MISSION ❤️‍🔥
This weekend we gathered for an incredible conference, and this morning we officially launched this new chapter together.
From Fire to Awakening.
This is the beginning of something new.
