On 18 May 2025 the Samoan Community at St Brendan's Parish Bankstown reached the milestone anniversary of 35 years. Founded in 1990, this community is one of the original Samoan Catholic Communities formed after Arncliffe which is still serving till this very day. Known for their steadfast and faithful commitment to the service of God and his church especially at St Brendan's, the Samoan Community continue to be witnesses of faith, hope and love.
This milestone was celebrated with mass offered by their very own son Fr Sony Peter Jr on Saturday 24 May 2025. Praise be to God!
