RUN CLUB IS BACK AGAIN!! 🏃‍♀️🏃🙌
Week 8 Run club is hereeee! We’ll be meeting Thursday (30/4) 6:50am for a 6:55 start at the main ACU carpark (bottom of big stairs)! As always - all paces are welcome for a 30 min run/jog/walk and then we’ll be heading to Alter Community Coffee after 🤩! Be sure to invite your friends and we’ll see you there 🧡🙌

WEEK 6 AND 7 RECAP!! 🪩🧡

Wow isn’t this Sem just FLYING by!! These last two weeks despite all the business of uni have been filled with so much joy in our BCS community! We absolutely loved getting to spend an arvo together last Saturday at our picnic as well as our second Run Club last Thursday!! Bible Studies are also continuing to be such a great opportunity to come together and open God’s Word, be encouraged and pray for one another as we enter MAJOR assessment season!

We pray you’ve had a great last two weeks and look forward to more opportunities to come together in the following weeks! Also be sure to keep an eye out for our Next Run Club for Week 8! 🧡🌟

WEEK 6 PICNIC 🧺
Hey friends!!!! we are SO excited for our picnic this coming Saturday (18/4) at 2:30pm! This is our last major event of the sem and we’re really looking forward to spending some time out in the sun in Kalinga Park playing games and sharing some afternoon tea!! Optional kick ons at Franco Markets will also be happening after so get keen for that!! As always be sure to invite your friends and we can’t wait to see you there!! 🧡🌟

BCS Run club is back for week 6 on Thursday (16/4)!! We’ll be meeting at 6:50 for a 6:55 start at the main ACU carpark at the bottom of the big stairs!!! WEEK 4 AND 5 RECAP!! 🧡
What an absolute joy these last two weeks have been! From bible studies to our first EVER BCS run club and then to an INCREDIBLE night at our Easter Q&A Panel, weeks 4 and 5 saw new friendships made and so many opportunities to learn more and worship our great God together! 🤗

We pray that you’ve all had a reflective Good Friday remembering and praising what our Saviour did for us so that we may have new life in Him!

Have an INCRED Easter and mid-sem break and we’ll see you all back in Week 6 for Bible Studies and our next run club 🤩🧡🙌

Easter Q&A panel night!! 🐣✝️

We are so excited for our Week 5 Easter Q&A panel night where we’ll be looking at what the death and resurrection of Jesus means for us today! We’re so blessed to be joined by Dave Fowler (head of AFES QLD), Rachel Kotterer (also apart of AFES) and Lucas Tan, as we tackle questions around Easter together!! This will be such a powerful night and we’d love to see you there! Here are the deets!

WEEK 2 AND 3 RECAP! how good is it that we can publicly meet and praise our God together in fellowship! BCS is such a blessing and we love getting to see you all and grow more and more each week!

From bible studies to our first worship night of the year weeks 2 and 3 were so joyfilled! we can’t wait for what else God is going to do this sem - see you next week 🧡⭐️

HEY FRIENDS!! some EXCITING news! BCS is starting a run/walk club 😆🏃‍♀️🔥 we’re super excited to create this new space where we can continue to grow in fellowship AND invite our friends to show them what a loving Christ-centred community looks like!!

Our FIRST run club will be Thursday morning of Week 4 (26/3)! See more deets below:

When: 26/3 (NEXT WEEK) meeting @ 6:45am for a 6:50am start!
Where: Meet at the main carpark at the bottom of the big stairs!
What: 30min run/walk
Who: EVERYONE!!!

BONUS ⭐️☕️: Alter Community Coffee - a Christian based cafe 2 mins from uni - are SO GENEROUS in offering us FREE coffees for our first post run club coffees!
