Notice is hereby given of the 2022/2023 Annual General Meeting of the Balranald LALC:

DATE: Tuesday, 28 November 2023
TIME: 4:00pm
VENUE: Royale Theatre, 90 Market Street, Balranald

AGENDA:
1. Welcome & Acknowledgement of Country;
2. Minutes of Previous Meeting;
3. Receipt of 2022/23 Annual Report including CLBP implementation report;
4. Receipt of 2022/23 Audited Financial Statements and management letter;
5. Election of the Board for 2023-2027;
6. Meeting closed.

PLEASE NOTE: In relation to the election for Board members
A voting member of the BLALC is not entitled to vote, nominate, accept a nomination or be elected to office in elections for Board members if the member has not attended at least 2 meetings of the BLALC in the preceding 12 months as a voting member.

To the Community Members. The Aboriginal Cemetery Clean up Day had to be Cancelled. Unfortunately our Mower is not ready & cannot goahead until sometime next week. Also it's forecast for more Rain over the weekend!

We have been informed a number of times that there has been certain people (non members) cutting wood at Auley & selling it. There is to be no more unauthorised cutting wood at Auley or Trespassing. If anyone get caught without permission you will be charged!!

Hi everyone just a update on how things are going with the Balranald Aboriginal Cemetery. Thanks to the Balranald Mens Shed for making these deadly Crosses. & the Silver Plaques from Signs Plus Swan Hill. Slowly getting all crosses double coated an plaques on. These crosses are for the 45+ Unknown graves.

If there is Anyone going to the , Please LOOK around on the ground where you step. In the past week there has been a number of SNAKES SIGHTED inside the CEMETERY AREA.!!! Temporary Signs have been put around the ENTRANCE GATES.!!!
