This Sunday, stick around after the gathering for a great chance to slow down, meet someone new, catch up with friends, and spend time together as a church family. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve been around for years or this is your first Sunday.

This Sunday we’re beginning a new series on the 7 Deadly Sins.

Pride. Envy. Anger. Sloth. Greed. Gluttony. Lust.

The disordered desires that can take hold of our hearts and shape the way we relate to God, ourselves and others.

But the good news of Jesus is that grace doesn’t just forgive sin, it frees us from its power.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be looking at how God meets us with mercy, exposes what is harming us, and leads us into the life and freedom we were made for.

Mother’s Day and Dedications Sunday- We had a great day on Sunday celebrating mums and dedicating three of our City Light kids to God’s care.

So good celebrating the baptism of James on Sunday, such a powerful reminder of God’s grace, mercy and power to save.

This Sunday at church we’re celebrating motherhood: the love, the sacrifice, and the quiet, everyday faithfulness of mums.

We’ll also be dedicating the children of some of our families, giving thanks for them and praying for the years ahead.

And after the service, we’ll have family photos available, a great chance to get a snap.
