St Dionysius Indian Orthodox Church, Ballarat joyfully celebrated SDIOC Ponnonam 2026 on 29 August 2026, bringing together our parish community, friends and families in the true spirit of Onam.

We were honoured by the presence of Cr Tracey Hargreaves, Mayor of the City of Ballarat; Ms Juliana Addison MP, State Member for Wendouree; Rev. Dean Michael Davis from the Anglican Church; and Rev. Fr Ferdinand Pathrose, representing our Vicar Rev. Fr Gigi Mathew Vakathanam.

A wonderful day filled with cultural performances, fellowship and traditional Onam Sadya. 🌸🌿

🩸 Blood Donation Drive Successfully Conducted 🩸
We are pleased to share that the Blood Donation Drive jointly organized by SDIOC MGOCSM, and OCYM was successfully conducted. Through this small act of kindness, we have contributed towards saving lives and helping those in need within our community. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all donors and supporters who made this initiative a great success. May God bless everyone who participated and inspire us to continue serving society through such meaningful endeavors.
