With our Annual General Meeting (AGM) fast approaching, we’re calling for Expressions of Interest for ALL positions on the Mother Teresa Catholic College P&F Core Committee!

Whether you’re a familiar face or someone who’s been thinking about getting involved, we’d love to hear from you! 💙

📣 WHY ARE ALL POSITIONS OPEN?

Our Core Committee positions operate on a two-year term, and those terms are now coming up for renewal as part of our normal nomination and election process.

Current committee members are welcome to renominate for their existing positions, and new nominations are equally encouraged! All positions will be voted on at our upcoming AGM.

Our Senior School carpark didn’t receive any entries this round, and we certainly weren’t going to let a perfectly good VIP parking spot go to waste! 😉

So, in the spirit of spreading a little extra luck, we put all our raffle entrants back into a second draw for the Senior School spot!

That means TWO lucky families get to enjoy the VIP parking treatment this term! 🚗✨

🚨🚗 EMERGENCY CALL OUT – CARPARK RAFFLE TICKETS REOPENED! 🚗🚨

Well, technology decided to throw a spanner in the works! 🤦🏼‍♀️🔧

We’ve discovered a technical glitch with our Term 4 VIP Carpark Raffle that unfortunately prevented ticket sales from going through!

And in true perfect timing, our P&F social media and marketing lady also decided to have a baby over the school holidays! 👶🏼🩵 So between newborn cuddles, sleepless nights and a little bit of baby brain, the technical glitch managed to fly completely under the radar until today! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

OOPS! Better late than never, right? 🙈

Our Colourful Run is coming back for 2026 and this one is BIG! 🥳

📅 Friday 27th November — lock it in your calendars now!

Full event details will be coming early next term, but before we get there, we need to get our volunteer crew sorted.

The Colourful Run is one of those events that takes a LOT of helping hands to make happen, and after struggling to fill volunteer spots at events throughout this year, we’re putting the call-out nice and early.

We need all volunteer positions filled for the event to go ahead. 🌈

The good news? You’ve got two months’ notice… which is plenty of time to casually slide that leave request across the boss’s desk 👀😂

Come along, help us bring the chaos, colour and fun, and get a front-row seat to watch your kiddies have the absolute time of their lives! 🥹💙

THANK YOU OSH CLUB 💙

The Mother Teresa Catholic College P&F would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our OSH Club for their incredibly generous $2,000 donation to support our school community.

We are extremely grateful for the ongoing partnership we have with OSH Club and the commitment they continue to show towards our students, families and wider MTCC community. Their annual contribution allows the P&F to provide additional resources, experiences and opportunities that directly benefit our students throughout the year.

We would especially like to acknowledge the wonderful OSH Club team:

Feast Day Celebrations 🌭🎉

What a fantastic Feast Day we had last Thursday!

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who helped with the Junior School sausage sizzle. Even with the rain making an appearance, everyone powered through and helped us serve up a yummy lunch to kick off the day’s celebrations!

We’re so grateful to everyone who gave their time to cook, serve and keep things running smoothly - we couldn’t do these events without you. 💙

Congratulations to Our Scooter Winner! 🛴🎉

The celebrations continued into the afternoon with our scooter raffle, and what an incredible response we had! We had a HUGE afternoon of raffle ticket sales, so thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket and supported the P&F.

A very big congratulations to our lucky winner, Neath from Year 2K! 🥳 We hope you have lots of fun with your awesome new scooter.

And an extra special thank you to Reece Whitby MLA for generously donating the scooter to our P&F. We truly appreciate your continued support of our school community. 💙

What a week! Our Father’s Day Stalls are officially done and we’re so happy to share that, thanks to the incredible support of our school community, we raised an amazing…

🥳 $1,486.26 PROFIT! 🥳

A huge thank you to every family who purchased gifts and supported the stalls throughout the week. We loved watching our students carefully choose something special for their dads, grandads, pops, carers and other important father figures. 🎁💙

An extra special thank you goes to our wonderful volunteers who gave up their time to help us set up, restock, manage some very enthusiastic shoppers 😂 and pack everything away. These events genuinely wouldn’t be possible without you.

And of course, thank you to the staff and College for working with us throughout the week and helping us get so many students through the stalls.

Every dollar raised goes straight back into supporting our students and school community, so $1,486.26 is something we can all be incredibly proud of! 🥳

From all of us at the Mother Teresa Catholic College P&F, thank you for another fantastic event.
