Have you ever reacted in the heat of the moment—only to wish later that you had paused, reflected, and chosen differently?
Join us at Bush Church for a special presentation exploring how powerful emotions like fear, anger, anxiety, urgency, and resentment can influence our thinking, relationships, and decisions.
Drawing on the experience of King Saul, practical mental-health principles, and biblical wisdom, speaker Dr. Dan Banos (Clinical Psychologist) will help us explore how to:
