The Gift of Tongues Workshop 🔥

Such a spirit-filled evening for CFC Southwest Unit C. Bro. Rey Caseres shared about the gift of tongues in such a simple, genuine way. He helped us understand what it is, why it matters and how it deepens our relationship with God and the Holy Spirit.

But the highlight for all of us.. praying together in tongues as brothers and sisters. That just quietly moves something in our hearts. God was in that room. And we all knew it.

More than anything, the evening reminded us.. God’s gifts are free. All of them. The gift of tongues, grace, salvation. It all comes from a Father who loves us and gives generously. All we need is the desire. That’s it.

“There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them.” — 1 Corinthians 12:4

Maraming salamat to the Dimayuga Family for opening your blessed home for this grace-filled evening. Salamat, Bro. Rey, for sharing so generously from your heart.

To our Unit C family.. so grateful for moments like this. Growing in faith together as one. May God be praised.

CLP Talk 4: Loving God and Neighbor 🤍✨

Yesterday’s session reminded us that the heart of Christian living is LOVE — loving God wholeheartedly and loving others the way Christ loves us. True love is more than words; it is shown through kindness, compassion, patience, forgiveness, and service to one another. 🙏

As we grow deeper in our relationship with God, we are also called to become instruments of His love to our families, friends, neighbors, and even strangers. Loving our neighbor means reflecting Christ in our daily lives and choosing grace even in difficult moments.

“My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.”
— John 15:12 ✨

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.”
— Proverbs 10:12 🤍

We thank our speaker, Bro Marchox Lafuente, for the inspiring and meaningful teachings that reminded us of the beauty and importance of living a life rooted in love for God and others. Thank you as well to Sis Katkat Po-ako for your heartfelt sharing on how you experienced love through your neighbors — truly a beautiful reflection of God’s presence working through people around us.

May this talk continue to inspire us to love genuinely, serve humbly, and live faithfully each day. 🙌

We warmly invite everyone to continue joining our CLP journey and upcoming sessions as we continue growing together in faith, community, and God’s amazing love. Everyone is welcome! ✨

Today’s Christian Life Program – Session 3 focused on Repentance and Faith.

Repentance, from the Greek word metanoia, means a true change of mind and heart—turning away from sin and turning back to God. Faith is trusting Him fully, even when we cannot see the whole path, believing in His love, mercy, and promises.

Together, repentance and faith lead us to renewal, forgiveness, and a deeper relationship with the Lord.

We give our heartfelt appreciation to our energetic speaker, Sis Virge Marie, for the lively yet deeply meaningful talk on repentance and faith, and to Sis Weng Enriquez for her sincere and heartfelt sharing that touched our hearts.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today. We warmly invite you to be part of our upcoming sessions as we continue to grow in faith and journey closer to God.❤️🙏🏻

Talk 2 CLP- Who is Jesus Christ? ✨

In this session of the Christian Life Program, hearts and minds were opened to a deeper encounter with Jesus through His powerful “I AM” statements in the Gospel of John. These declarations are not just words spoken long ago—they are living truths that continue to reveal who Christ is for every person today.

He is the Light of the world, bringing clarity in confusion and hope in darkness.
He is the Bread of Life, satisfying the deepest hunger of the human heart.
He is the Good Shepherd, who knows His people and lovingly leads them.
He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life—the only path that leads to fullness of life in God.
He is the Resurrection and the Life, offering victory even in the face of death.
He is the Vine, inviting all to remain in Him and bear lasting fruit.
He is the Gate, opening the way to safety, peace, and salvation.
He is the True Vine, the source of grace, strength, and spiritual growth.

Through this teaching, participants were reminded that knowing Jesus is not only about understanding His titles, but about experiencing His presence in everyday life—trusting Him, following Him, and allowing Him to transform hearts.

Deep gratitude to Fr. Pierre for his Spirit-filled sharing on the 8 “I AM” statements of Jesus in the Gospel of John. His message served as a beautiful reminder of Christ’s identity and His personal invitation to each one.

With equal gratitude, appreciation is extended to Bro Rey for his heartfelt sharing on loving one’s neighbor. His message emphasized that faith is lived out through genuine love—seen in kindness, patience, forgiveness, and service to others.

May this training continue to inspire every participant to grow in faith, remain rooted in Christ, and become instruments of His love in the world. 🤍 Let this be a reminder that to truly know Jesus is to reflect Him in the way we live and love each day.

✨ Everyone is warmly invited!
If you are seeking to know more about Jesus, grow in your faith, and experience a life filled with His love and grace, we invite you to join our next Christian Life Program sessions. Come as you are, and encounter Christ in a deeper and more personal way.

Send us a message to learn more and be part of this journey of faith. 🤍

Talk 1 CLP- God's Love

In this Christian Life Program, we were reminded of a beautiful truth—God’s love is real, personal, and unconditional.

Each of us came with different stories, struggles, and brokenness, but God met us exactly where we are. Not in perfection, but in our weakness and need for Him. And still, He chose to love us fully.

Through Jesus Christ, we experienced a love that never fails—a love that forgives, heals, restores, and never gives up on us.

We are truly grateful to journey together as a community in faith, growing and being transformed by His love.

We sincerely thank Fr. Roshan for his time and for sharing his wisdom and deep insights about God’s love.
We also thank Sister Ice for courageously sharing her personal experience, which deeply touched and inspired us all.

This experience has reminded us that God’s love never leaves, never fails, and never lets go.

Together, we choose to continue walking in His love, trusting Him more each day. 🙏💛

If you feel called to know more about living a Christian life filled with God’s love, grace, and blessings, we invite you to message us and join our next talk. We would be glad to journey with you.

Last Sunday, during a Spirit‑filled Chapter Prayer Assembly, we witnessed a beautiful moment:
Sis Veronica and Bro Alfred were formally installed as our CFC Southwest Chapter YFC Coordinators.
Their hearts for the youth, their quiet faithfulness, and their willingness to serve remind us that God continues to raise leaders who will shepherd the next generation with compassion and purpose.
May their leadership bring healing, hope, and deeper encounters with Christ for every young person in our community.
Please join us in praying for them as they embrace this new mission.

CFC Southwest Chapter Prayer Assembly

Theme: Living Like the First Christian Community

What a blessed and Spirit-filled gathering we had at our Chapter Prayer Assembly! Our community came together as one family to reflect on what it truly means to live like the first Christian community—devoted to the teachings of the apostles, fellowship, the breaking of the bread, and prayers.
Inspired by Cardinal Tagle’s reminder that true community is born from a conscious decision to offer a caring presence, we were invited to look deeper into how we show up for one another as brothers and sisters in Christ.

✨ Activity Highlight:
Members shared heartfelt reflections on “When did you experience God through this community?”
Their stories reminded us that God uses community to heal, strengthen, and guide us—especially in the most difficult seasons of life.

🙏 Testimonies:
Our sharers spoke powerfully about how the CFC community walked with them through challenges, transformed their families, and renewed their faith. Their journeys were living proof that God’s love becomes tangible through the people He sends.
We were encouraged to bring the spirit of the early Christian community into our own homes—turning them into sanctuaries of prayer, peace, and fellowship, especially during our household prayer meetings.

YFC Highlight
Huge shoutout to our YFC music team for leading the closing song with so much passion. Your musical skills and voices brought the whole community together. Keep shining, keep serving, and keep rocking for Christ.

Thank you to everyone who joined, served, shared, and worshipped with us. May we continue to grow as a community that chooses presence, chooses love, and chooses Christ.
