This week at MMB, we paid close attention to the beautiful details Allah has placed in the world around us.
Allah created everything, and today we took time to appreciate those blessings, reflect, and give thanks to Allah, Al Khāliq (the Creator of all things).
The children used magnifying glasses to search for botanical items on the mat, collected them, and marked off what they found using sticker charts on the wall.
They then drew their discoveries and finished by making nature collages with clear sticky backing, brown paper borders, and botanical shapes made from different textured materials.
Through this activity, the children practised observation skills, fine-motor control, turn taking, early classification, matching, creative expression, and gentle mindfulness - all while remembering Allah and appreciating His creation.
