Today, Years 9 and 10 Game Changers from six Marist schools around Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast came together for the La Valla Retreat Day! After a full day exploring solidarity, simplicity and our compasses, we ended with reflection. This Cross, candle and basket, holding objects that the Game Changers chose to represent the influences we face and how they impact us, was our focus while we invited Jesus into areas of our lives and our influences.
Last week, Years 7 and 8 students gathered to learn more about our strengths, about walking with Jesus and about being guided by others. They left ready to guide those around them towards their best self and towards Jesus!
